To enjoy the quickest, maximum results from MMP SOLUTIONS Products we suggest the following:
Do eat/drink:
- Water – 8-10 glasses a day. MMP Primary Minerals can be mixed with distilled water, mountain spring water, or any other drinking water. Adding ¼ tsp of MMP Primary Minerals to 1 quart or liter of water will result in a pleasant tasting “mineral water” that has around 250 ppm of minerals in it and a taste comparable to the best European alkaline mineral waters. The pH will be a beneficial 8-10 (alkaline) and the water will have a milky white appearance that will last for several hours before the powder settles to the bottom. Shake vigorously to re-disperse the MMP before sipping again.
- Green leafy vegetables have additional potassium and can elegantly balance the sodium in the salt that we use to flavor our foods.
- Protein from dairy products, fish, chicken, turkey, certain vegetables and seafood.
- Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) can be found in walnuts, almonds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cold-water ocean fish such as salmon, sardines, herring and mackerel. EFAs are important to repair the organs once the undesired calcium gets removed from them.
- High fiber foods such as all kinds of bran, psyllium seed husks, flax seeds and glucomannan, are most desirable as they help cleanse the digestive track of the residues of the bodily repairs that will take place once your primary minerals have come to the proper balance.
Limit
- Bulk carbohydrates such as wheat and other grains, rice, all sugars, most root crops, beans, corn and potatoes are low in Potassium and generally low in minerals. Also, they tax the insulin functions of the body and can ultimately contribute to diabetes. Please limit this class of foods to the minimum that is acceptable to you.
